meet our instructors
we’ve got an incredible, dynamic mix of local instructors, each with their own style and story.
their commonality is they care about how you feel when you leave, not just how you move.
misha
To Misha yoga is a living art. It is breathing, thinking, feeling, exploring, connecting and evolving within our internal and external world. It is on the mat, it is off the mat.
During her classes you will explore yoga asanas, free movement, embodied practices, breathwork, meditation, relaxation techniques and philosophical inquiry. Lead by a strong emphasis on the breath, Misha’s classes encourage you to become aware of the body and mind, with great attention on not how a posture looks but how it feels.
rebecca
If you’re looking for a yoga practice that offers intelligent sequencing, creative exploration and space for reflection, you’re in the right place. Rebecca teaches philosophically inspired somatic yoga practices to move, breath and come home to your body, again and again.
Expect an equal parts smooth and strong flows, empowering and explorative breath-led movement, as well as precious space for stillness.
alex
Alex’s passion is to help others find joy in movement, experience less pain in their everyday lives, and live life to its fullest.
With a history as a gymnast and dancer, Alex has always loved movement and thinking about how the body works, and is one of our resident mat pilates teachers.
davia
Davia has been practicing yoga on and off for almost 15 years. A severe shoulder injury in 2012 brought her to a hot yoga studio across the road from her office - she immediately got hooked and has been practicing yoga daily ever since.
In her classes, students are encouraged to listen to their bodies and connect with their breath. Davia aims to provide a safe and nourishing space to allow students to come home to themselves.
sian
Sian is an experienced yoga teacher, lover of many different movement practices and mother of two based in Walthamstow. Sian's teaching style is calm, inclusive and supportive. It is based in inquiry - where can we meet ourselves today, and how can we use our time on the mat to improve life off it, as well as on? She creates accessible, nurturing and playful spaces to explore self-connection through movement, breath and rest-based practices. Sian has been teaching for almost a decade, specialising in a pre and postnatal yoga since having children and supporting families as a birth and postpartum doula since last year.
eleonora
Eleonora is the founder of Re-Set-Pause, a qualified Ayurvedic Yoga MassAGE therapist and a Yoga teacher based in East London.

With a strong focus on process and progress, Eleanor helps learners move from where they are to where they want to be—one step at a time.
septimia
Growing up in rhythmic gymnastics, movement has always been a central
part of Mia’s life. After Pilates supported her recovery from an injury, she trained as a Pilates teacher to help others build strength in a supportive and sustainable way.
Mia’s classes focus on core strength, mindful movement and body awareness, encouraging clients to explore movement with confidence rather than perfection. She aim to create thoughtful, engaging sessions that leave people feeling stronger, more balanced and connected to their bodies.
