the studio
-
the studio is small and restorative on purpose. We have a max of 8 people in each class.
it's not another thing you squeeze in before work and rush to get to.
it's built to work with the heat and the cold. come for a slow yoga flow before you sauna, or a strong pilates class before you plunge.
-
we have a mixture of infrared heated classes and regular classes. they move between two registers:
some are soft: slow, warm, breath-led, the kind of hour that makes your nervous system exhale.
others are more dynamic: hatha, vinyasa, mobility and strength work that asks a bit more of you before you head next door to recover.
both aim to get you out of your head and back into your body.
-
our studio is for everyone. For people who've never set foot in a studio and find the idea of a big group class a bit much.
or people who train hard elsewhere and need one hour a week that isn't about performance.
to come, you just need an hour, and a willingness to slow down.

Vinyasa classes have a greater focus on flowing through poses in alignment with the breath and can feel more dynamic. We use the heat to gently soften the muscles for deep soothing stretches and to let go of stress on both body and mind.
Whatever the class, students are always encouraged to listen to their bodies, get out of their heads and re-connect with their breath.
Taught by Davia, who aims to provide a safe and nourishing space allowing students to come home to themselves.

Expect Hatha classes to be a little slower with more emphasis on holding poses for longer.

Hatha yoga is a slow-paced, traditional practice focused on physical postures (asanas) and breath control (pranayama). Moving at a steady pace, you will explore foundational yoga postures designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance and posture, whilst focusing the mind.
Each class encourages body awareness and mindful movement through gentle warm-ups, standing and seated poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation in a welcoming, supportive environment.
Suitable for beginners, those returning to practice, or anyone looking to slow down and unwind.
-
In a gently heated room, we'll explore an hour of quiet long-hold poses with moments of soft somatic exploration in between.
Yin yoga offers an invitation to play with a balance between effort and ease, to give space for reflection and to get comfortable slowing down.
Open to beginners and experienced students with plenty of options for every body. The perfect preparation for a good nights sleep.

This class offers a softer transition into your day, with an approachable, energising yoga flow.
The focus is on connecting to your body, rather than working up a sweat (we’ll save that for the sauna).
Join Sophia to move, stretch and breathe, to take the time to check in properly with yourself.
Think of this class as choosing a matcha instead of a double espresso, to remind your system that we don’t always need to begin the day in a hurry.
pilates & mobility
-
Intermediate level mat Pilates class, which is inspired by the classical pilates method and updated for modern biomechanical understanding.
Taught by Alex, her background in gymnastics and dance comes through in her choreography and strong knowledge of bodies and what they're capable of.
This is a class that will challenge your coordination, strength, and balance leaving you feeling ready to seize the day.
-
An intense, heat-building Pilates class with a strong focus on the core.
Rooted in classical Pilates principles but with a more contemporary approach, we’ll work through controlled, purposeful sequences designed to help you feel the work deeper, especially through the abdominals, obliques and deep core.
Expect precise movement, strong holds, repetition and plenty of time under tension, with the heat adding another layer of intensity. The focus is on control over speed, building real core strength and creating a stronger, more connected body from the centre out.
Challenging, focused and definitely one you’ll feel.
-
A lower-body mobility class focused on building more space, strength and range through the hips and legs.
We’ll work through the hip flexors, hamstrings, glutes, adductors and calves using a combination of active mobility, controlled strength work and longer passive holds. The focus is on improving usable range of motion, not just stretching for the sake of feeling loose.
The infrared heat gives us a warm environment to slow things down, explore deeper ranges and finish the day feeling more open and settled.
Expect thoughtful, targeted work with enough challenge to build strength where you need it, followed by a proper wind-down.
